Do you know the difference between Okonomiyaki & Modanyaki? Both shaped similarly & topped with okonomiyaki sauce & mayo, the main difference is that Modanyaki has noodles within! With ale dante noodles within, this chunkier version of "Japanese pancake/pizza" is a a satisfying delight! Whenever feel like having both Okonomiyaki & Yakisoba - Modanyaki is the way to go!
