The Turkish Coffee is one of the world's oldest documented brewing method dated back to the 16th century in the Ottoman Empire. The dark coffee beans are finely grounded and can be consumed. The intense and slightly bitter taste make a difference comparing to regular coffee and it requires practice to get the strong brew's foam layer on top. Give it a try!
