As the evening draws to a close, a selection of mignardise makes its way to your table, inspired by the distinctive flavours of Australia’s native ingredients.
Best enjoyed with a cup of coffee, tea, or digestif maybe?

An iconic tipple to start - the Singapore Sling.
Created during colonial times when a lady’s drink was expected to look anything but spirited, its rosy hue offered the perfect camouflage. Today, we’ve turned that illusion on its head.
Served as an unassuming cup of tea, our Singapore Sling is clarified, light, and refreshing. A nod to the past, with a cheeky wink to the present!

To be awarded ONE MICHELIN Star for the fifth consecutive year is an incredible honour, but what makes this moment so special is everything that has led us here.🌟
Marguerite has never stood still. Every season, every service and every course has been an opportunity to learn, to refine and to ask ourselves how we can be better than we were yesterday. Over the past year, that pursuit has taken us even closer to Chef Michael Wilson’s Australian roots- building relationships with foragers and farmers, discovering extraordinary native ingredients and sharing a menu that feels deeply personal to us.
This star belongs to every member of our team who has poured their hearts into bringing a vision to life. It belongs to our producers, whose passion inspires us, and to our guests, who have supported and celebrated us along the way.
To the MICHELIN Guide, thank you for this incredible recognition. We are deeply grateful.
Today we celebrate. Tomorrow, we return to our kitchen!

Our “Estuary” is a favourite and signature at Marguerite: Smoked eel, oyster mousse, native Australian botanicals – seablite and karkalla, and Amur caviar is finished with a smoked eel broth and an oil of sea celery.

A love letter to Australia’s native ingredients.
Marguerite’s Strawberry Vacherin pairs tart Davidson plum with fragrant strawberry gum across layers of Davidson plum-dusted meringue, cultured crème Chantilly, strawberry and Davidson plum pâte de fruit, strawberry gum gelato and an aromatic strawberry gum oil - a contemporary expression of Modern Australian cuisine.

What people say
Marguerite Restaurant, located in Marina Gardens Drive, is a must-visit for anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant's lush garden surroundings and classic Provençal cuisine make it a standout among Singapore's many restaurants. Marguerite's Bouillabaisse is a highlight of the menu, made the traditional way before being whipped into a light espuma and crowned with espellete pepper, croutons, and pink garlic aioli. The Ratatouille Provençale is also worth trying, celebrated in snack form. Marguerite's attention to detail extends beyond the food to the restaurant's decor, with touches of gold and botanical nods to the Flower Dome setting that surrounds it. The Beetroot Salad is another standout dish, with fried beetroot transformed into a shatteringly crisp tart shell layered with pickled beetroot, Roquefort cheese, compressed Granny Smith apple, and horseradish cream. Make sure to book your reservation via their website to experience all that Marguerite has to offer.
