To reach the ice cream shop and ice cream parlor, take the MRT to Tanjong Pagar Station or Outram Park Station. From there, exit the station and walk towards Keong Saik Road. You will find the ice cream shop located along this street.
If you are driving, take New Bridge Road and turn onto Neil Road then turn right onto Keong Saik Road. There is limited street parking available but there are also nearby public car parks such as People's Park Complex Carpark and Chinatown Point Carpark.
