CHRISTMAS PANETTONE - $28/panettone
This deceptively simple bread is one of the most delightful, but difficult to produce.
Our Panettone is built in stages and cannot be rushed. A 36-hour fermentation, baked, flipped & packed with all things jolly. Flavours are made of orange peel, raisins & cranberries macerated in rum. Studded with almonds and pearl sugar. Every bite is soft and light. It's ridiculously addictive.

To get to Serangoon Garden Way in Singapore by public transport, take the North-East Line and alight at Serangoon MRT Station. From there, take bus 73 and alight at the Chiltern Drive bus stop. Walk along Chiltern Drive until you reach the intersection with Chartwell Drive. Cross the road and continue straight ahead until you reach a row of shops and cafes.
Alternatively, if driving, take the Central Expressway (CTE) towards Ang Mo Kio Ave 3. Exit at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 and turn onto Serangoon North Ave 1. Turn right onto Chartwell Drive and follow the road until you see a row of shops and cafes on your left. There is parking available along the street or in designated car parks nearby.
