Mondays are hard to face, but once you get over them, they’re so very satisfying. That duality is what we seek to capture with our duck menchikatsu. Crispy panko, tender duck within. Get through your Mondays, it’ll be as delicious. And find yourself here on Wednesday night to reserve.

What people say
Pilot.kitchen, located on Havelock Road in Singapore, is a restaurant that offers a unique and exciting dining experience. The chefs at Pilot.kitchen use familiar ingredients to create dishes that are both innovative and delicious. Their philosophy of exploration is evident in their sharing menu, which is perfect for groups who want to try a variety of dishes.
One standout dish from Pilot.kitchen is the Surf & Turf Pork Belly Bun, which was featured as a Father's Day special. This dish takes inspiration from Bossam with a KBBQ style of seared pork belly, nestled between a Gua Baozi (Chinese steam buns). The addition of maple Ssamjang and grated watermelon radish adds a sweet touch and light sharpness to the dish.
Another must-try dish is the Duck Menchikatsu, which features silky rillette-filled cutlets and roasted spring onion aioli that enhances its savory notes. The flavors are perfectly balanced and will leave you wanting more.
For dessert, the Brownie with Mascarpone Chantilly is an indulgent treat that does not hold back on flavor. Made with Varlhona dark & milk chocolate and lard-filled batter, it amps up the fudgy-ness while the chantilly and olive oil bring freshness to the dish.
Overall, Pilot.kitchen offers an exceptional dining experience with its innovative dishes and unique flavor combinations. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something new and exciting in Singapore's culinary scene.
