This highly anticipated premium cognac comes from a long-standing collaboration between a titan of the sherry world and one of Scotland’s best-loved distilleries. Created by master blender Richard Paterson, it’s a refined yet powerful dram that offers the perfect synthesis of cask and spirit.
This 2023-release was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, refining and gathering aromas of Seville oranges, bitter chocolate and Colombian coffee. The palate offers delectable notes of black forest fruits, sweet liquorice sticks, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan.
