A classic and quintessential dish is making a comeback! Deep fried battered fish poured over with a balanced sweet and sour sauce that makes us salivate just thinking about it! Another awesome thing about this dish is that, compared to our other dishes, this particular one is non-spicy and super kid-friendly. So everyone can enjoy some of that Istimewa Kitchen goodness together.

In a blink of an eye and September is coming to an end. But before we say hello to October, we want to celebrate our seafood dishes, both heroes and sidekicks!
The other proteins like beef and chicken always get the limelight and so we want to remind you of our wonderful seafood dishes like sambal sotong, assam fish (or even stingray that is available every wed and thurs) and sambal prawns!

To get to the Bedok Industrial Park E Coffee Shop, there are several options for public transport. Take the MRT to Bedok station and transfer to bus number 225 at the Bedok Bus Interchange. Alight at the fourth stop, which is just a short walk away from the coffee shop.
Alternatively, take bus number 17 or 45 from Paya Lebar station and alight at Kaki Bukit Avenue 1. From there, it's just a 10-minute walk to the coffee shop.
If you're driving, there are parking lots available nearby. You can enter Bedok Industrial Park E via Kaki Bukit Road 1 or Bedok Reservoir Road.
