To reach the location on East Coast Road, you can take public transportation by travelling via the MRT and getting off at Paya Lebar station. From there, transfer to bus number 43 or 135 and get off at the stop near East Coast Road.
Alternatively, if you prefer to drive, you can take East Coast Parkway (ECP) and exit towards Marine Parade. Drive straight along Marine Parade Road until you reach East Coast Road. Look for available parking spaces along the road or park in nearby carparks.
