Second Friend of Prox Coffee!! We have Bryan from !
We got to know Bryan because of the Matcha Flight Experience we held last year where we featured his matcha. At that time he was already planning his store at Guoco Tower! With couple things in common (including a love for Grand Seikos 😆) we became friends. He even gifted me a which is ultra generous of him!
We exchanged thoughts and experiences on running a retail F&B outlet and it's great to see his takeaway outlet take off! With so many matcha brands out there, it's hard to see above the noise sometimes but with Matsu Matcha what you see is what you get.
We do sell matcha lattes in Prox Coffee as well but it doesn't stop me from popping over to his to enjoy the usucha!!

SAW US ON TV?? We were featured in a Talking Point episode on functional drinks because we have introduced these mushroom adaptogen add-ons to our menu at BOTH outlets!
Quite happy to see that amongst some of the other drinks featured, our mushroom add-ons from ACTUALLY have the recommended amounts of the adaptogenic components in one serving. So you know your money’s not wasted and your body and mind benefits.
Remember to ask our friendly baristas for your preferred mushroom extracts to be added to your usual drink! Feel free to mix more than one too - I can assure you that it does NOT affect your drinks’ taste. In fact kinda enhances it.

Introducing a new series: Friends of Prox Coffee!!
First guest (actually I'm the guest because I'm in his shop lol) is .linnnnn from .patisserie !
He's an award-winning chef and is most well-known for his mini entremets/cakes. Personally I love looking out for his seasonal items because they are super creative - I ordered a peach and orange cake set over CNY and it was realistic looking and SO yummy!
We love Terence because he's the most humble chef I've ever met. I remember when he held a pop-up selling his cookies at Prox Coffee, I had to nudge him to wear his chef jacket and to let people know that HE's the baker they are buying from - not some random part timer 🤣
So glad to see him open his own shop at Jalan Besar. Too far? Get his bakes delivered to you! (P.s. we now stock his Shio Pans in Jalan Selaseh!)

We managed to get our hands on VERY LIMITED quantities of our precious Brazilian guava jam... So yes our Prox Special Cheese Toasties are back in action - for now!
Can't say Pineapple and Chocolate are too happy about it though...

Not “this” weekend, but this was our latest and funnest pop-up and collab with and that happened a few weeks ago!
If you also want to collab with us, there are sooo many ways we can go about doing it. Weekend pop-ups at Seletar Hills happen max once a month so DM us if you want to chope your slot.
If you want to target the CBD crowd, we could do weekday activations at our Frasers Tower outlet too!

THANK YOU everyone who came to wish us Happy Birthday over the weekend! So heartwarming to see our regulars and even those we haven’t seen in a while from our NorthPoint City days pop-in to say hello and wish us well.

In all seriousness, because of what's going on in the Middle East, our shipment of guava jam from Brazil is verrry delayed. Honey is standing in for now while we wait for Guava's return (I'll be honest, it's not the same, but still very yummy).
Please order our Choco-cheese and Pineapple toasties in the meantime, before they grab our knives in the kitchen and launch a coup against our innocent baristas...

Our Seletar Hills Outlet and the Prox Coffee brand is turning ONE!
And frankly we are only getting started. The past year flewwwww by and we had so much fun and fulfilment in the process. We loved seeing customers become regulars and partners become friends. There's more up our sleeves to make Prox Coffee more than just another cafe you go to for caffeine.
We also really don't take our own existence for granted and will take the chance to truly celebrate with our lovely customers ❤️ (Funny how I am putting a lot more effort into the cafe's birthday vs my own birthday 😂)
So come by next week to join in the fun. We promise, we don't do basic or boring. There's more to next weekend than what's on the poster, but don't we all love a good surprise sometimes? 😉

After 2 years of running Aroma Coffee, and after giving Prox Coffee a year to establish itself as a standalone brand, we have finally decided to align our branding and march forward as Prox Coffee moving forward.
We are taking the 472919 little steps needed to fully rebrand (soon our cups will also only say Prox Coffee instead of having double branding) so you'll still see little bits of Aroma Coffee around.
We're so thankful for what the Aroma chapter gave us, and it will always be part of our DNA as we evolve and grow. We hope to take you along with us in our journey ❤️
