To get to Sin Ming Road in Singapore, you can take the Circle Line MRT and alight at Marymount Station. From there, you can take Bus 410W or 52 and alight at the bus stop opposite Ai Tong School. You can then walk towards Sin Ming Road.
If you are driving, you can take the Central Expressway (CTE) and exit at Ang Mo Kio Ave 1/Sin Ming Ave. Turn left onto Sin Ming Ave, then right onto Sin Ming Road. There are parking spaces available along the road, but do note that it can get quite crowded during peak hours.
