Chef Quentin learnt his at his dad’s side, by watching, tasting and waiting. Every weekday, that same patience goes into your lunch.

Take the MRT to Paya Lebar Station (EW8/CC9) and then take Bus 67 from Paya Lebar Road towards Upper East Coast. Alight at Opp Roxy Sq and walk 2 minutes to reach Ceylon Road.
