Creme Caramel
Sugar syrup cooked to caramel stage and poured into mold before adding the custard. Cooked in bain-marie for about an hour at low temperature. Loves the caramel taste and silky custard 🍮🍮😋😋

Earl Grey citrus peel Bread Loaf
How well does tea go with orange peel? I am not crazy about Earl Grey, but i really like it in this bread especially with the orange peel in it. The icing glaze gave it a bit of sweetness that makes it delicious on its own. 😋😋

I was being asked a question, "Your liquor dun need $ ah.. so much added!!" 🤣🤣..
I am not a drinker but i just love having lots of liquor in my food. 😍😍 Had added additional small pipette dropper of rum and also a pack of Valrhona cocoa powder to give it more punch. 😉😉
