A simple dish - but when it’s done well, it just hits the spot. 🧀🔥
Our grilled cheese toastie comes with a triple cheese blend of gruyère, emmental, and parmesan. Nutty, melty, perfectly balanced. Crisp, golden toast on the outside, molten centre inside. Served with a fresh mesclun salad to keep things light.
Simple doesn’t mean basic.
