For those taking public transport, alight at Orchard MRT station and take exit B. Walk towards Ion Orchard through the underpass and take the escalator up to the ground level.
For drivers, head towards Ion Orchard on Orchard Turn and turn into Ion Orchard Basement 3 carpark where there are parking lots available.
